PhysicianWealth is an educational and informational tool. Nothing on this site constitutes personalised financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All projections are estimates based on the data you provide and general assumptions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, CPA, or attorney before making financial decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information. One person per account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time purchase. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service did not meet your expectations. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
You may not: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, use automated tools to scrape or overload the service, resell access without permission.
The Service, its design, code, and content are owned by PhysicianWealth. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Financial projections, AI-generated recommendations, and calculator outputs are estimates only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
